Terms of Service

Effective September 22, 2026

These terms govern use of Plimie, operated by Zeroteam LLC, Texas, United States (“Plimie,” “we,” or “us”). Contact us at contact@plimie.com.

Eligibility and agreement

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it; “you” then includes that organization. A separate written agreement signed with us controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.

The private pilot

Plimie helps invited business users assess supported infrastructure configuration and usage, inspect evidence, prioritize opportunities, and track their own actions and outcomes. The current private pilot is free. There is no automatic paid subscription or commitment to purchase. Any future paid service requires separately disclosed pricing and your agreement before charges begin.

The pilot is under development. Features, supported checks, availability, and outputs may change. It is not a production monitoring service, security certification, compliance audit, or substitute for professional judgment. No uptime or support-response service level is promised unless separately agreed in writing.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your email account and sign-in links, and manage workspace membership carefully. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or bypass invitation, role, or workspace boundaries.

Connect only accounts and resources you are authorized to access. Grant only the read-only permissions needed for the enabled checks. You are responsible for required notices, permissions, and compliance with the terms of connected services. Do not submit unnecessary personal information, regulated sensitive data, or secrets in feedback or other free-text fields. Connection credentials belong only in the designated connection flow.

Read-only assessments and your decisions

You authorize Plimie to read the connected data within your selected scope, process it to provide the service, and store the resulting evidence and assessment records. Plimie does not change your infrastructure settings. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and implementing any action in your own environment.

Findings depend on available permissions, supported plans, data quality, sampling, timing, and your inputs. They may be incomplete or incorrect. Potential savings and benefits are not guaranteed. Customer-reported outcomes and owner confirmations do not establish causation or independently verified savings. Fictional sample assessments are illustrations, not customer results.

Acceptable use

Do not use Plimie unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, submit malicious code, interfere with service availability, evade security or rate limits, access another workspace without permission, or use the service to collect data you have no right to process. Do not conduct intrusive security testing without our prior written authorization. Report suspected vulnerabilities to contact@plimie.com without including live secrets or unnecessarily exposing another person’s data.

Your data and our service

You retain your rights in the information you supply and your organization’s infrastructure data. You grant us permission to host, process, copy, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, and support Plimie, follow your authorized instructions, and meet legal obligations. This permission is subject to the retention and deletion limits described in our Privacy Policy.

We retain rights in Plimie’s software, design, branding, and documentation. During your authorized use, you may use the service and its outputs for your lawful business purposes. No ownership of the service is transferred. If you voluntarily provide product suggestions, you permit us to use those suggestions to improve the service without compensation; this does not transfer ownership of your workspace data or permit disclosure of your confidential information.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, browser storage, recipients, and your choices. Necessary sign-in and service communications are part of operating your account. Optional scan and report emails are controlled separately in the workspace and do not constitute marketing consent. These terms do not replace a data-processing agreement where one is required.

Stopping use, suspension, and deletion

You may stop using Plimie at any time. Workspace owners can export their records, disconnect connections, and delete the workspace. Disconnecting removes the stored credential but preserves existing evidence. Revoke credentials separately in the connected account. Workspace deletion is separate from account deletion; email us for account-deletion requests. See the export guide and Privacy Policy for the scope and limitations, including asynchronous cleanup and unresolved backup retention periods.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. We may also end or discontinue the pilot. Where practicable and lawful, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to export data before planned discontinuation. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require action without advance notice. Keep your own copies of information you need; Plimie is not a backup service. Suspension or termination does not eliminate applicable privacy obligations or your right to submit a data request.

Warranties and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or noninfringement. We do not promise any particular savings, performance improvement, security outcome, or compatibility with every environment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the service. This exclusion does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that applicable law does not allow a party to exclude. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory legal rights or remedies. No separate monetary liability cap is established by these pilot terms.

Governing law and disputes

Texas law governs these terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas, subject to any nonwaivable right to another forum. Please contact contact@plimie.com so we can first try to resolve a concern informally; doing so is not a condition for exercising a legal right. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Changes and general terms

We may revise these terms and will post the updated effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the service or your account email, except when an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons. Changes apply prospectively; where affirmative agreement is required, we will obtain it. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about exporting or deleting your data.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and any applicable separate written agreement govern your use of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, applicable limitations, and dispute terms, survive.
